Anti corrosion and insulation bend pipe
Anti corrosion and insulation bend pipes are bent using a complete set of bending molds, which are divided into two processes: cold bending and hot pushing. Regardless of the type of machinery, equipment, and pipelines, most of them use bent pipes, mainly for oil, gas, and infusion. The main production equipment for anti-corrosion and insulation bending pipes is the bending machine, which can be roughly divided into CNC bending machines, hydraulic bending machines, etc. The anti-corrosion and insulation bending pipe needs to select different hot bending processes based on the functional requirements, pipe diameter and wall thickness, hot bending equipment and control techniques of the hot bending pipe, and develop appropriate hot bending process parameters to ensure the production of qualified bent pipes.
Classification of anti-corrosion and insulation bent pipes:
1. Divided by material:
Carbon steel: ASTM/ASME A234 WPB, WPC
Alloy: ASTM/ASME A234 WP 1-WP 12-WP 11-WP 22-WP 5-WP 91-WP911、15Mo3 15CrMoV、 35CrMoV
Stainless steel: ASTM/ASME A403 WP 304-304L-304H-304LN-304N
ASTM/ASME A403 WP 316-316L-316H-316LN-316N-316Ti
ASTM/ASME A403 WP 321-321H ASTM/ASME A403 WP 347-347H
Low temperature steel: ASTM/ASME A402 WPL3-WPL 6
High performance steel: ASTM/ASME A860 WPHY 42-46-52-60-65-70
Cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, plastic, argon slag, PVC, PPR, RFPP (reinforced polypropylene), etc.
2. According to the production method, it can be divided into pushing, pressing, forging, casting, etc.
3. According to manufacturing standards, it can be divided into national standards, electrical standards, ship standards, chemical standards, water standards, American standards, German standards, Japanese standards, Russian standards, etc.
4. According to its curvature radius, it can be divided into long radius elbows and short radius elbows. A long radius elbow refers to a pipe with a curvature radius equal to 1.5 times the outer diameter of the pipe, i.e. R=1.5D; A short radius elbow refers to a curvature radius equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, i.e. R=1.0D. (D is the diameter of the elbow, R is the radius of curvature).
If classified by pressure level: there are approximately seventeen types, which are the same as the pipe standards in the United States, including: Sch5s、Sch10s、Sch10、Sch20、Sch30、Sch40s、STD、Sch40、Sch60、Sch80s、XS; Sch80、SCH100、Sch120、Sch140、Sch160、XXS; The most commonly used ones are STD and XS.
